An example of my latest work
I'm finding a creative freedom making the most of the method of the self-portrait, and realising the freedom that it affords you to work unhindered with the human form.
As I previously highlighted, Mental Health is of great importance and significance, and I try to be mindful when creating projects, for them to have an uplifting aspect, without being what my American cousins would call 'Pollyannaish'.
An example of my Mixed Media work.
I have been interested in computers from when it was first on my school sylabus, and campaigned to get out of the classroom already, and to the university for some hands on, so I look at a piece like this which uses fonts from my video app, and then duplicates via a graphics app, and I think of my dear long suffering Mr Akwa. RIP. He was a really cool guy.

This image is from my Insta Page, I use a layout aid, and I like the effects I can get by telling a story about how a picture came about, and related matters.
The show as mentioned below, has now concluded and is archived on the site. The response was very good, and as the hands on aspect involved working intensively with young people, I saved the responses for publication on another occasion. My latest event is see below, Lambeth Open.

I'm going to be starting a range of hand decorated T-shirts. I may even set up a little press or if I come upon a 'killer' design, I may link up with a printer, and get a batch done.....it's a delicate balance haha!

I was one of the main forces behind this online show.
I enjoyed taking part in Lambeth Open, alongside Artist friends and family, and thanks to all of those who came out to support us, especially on the Saturday, when the weather was challenging x.

I have a little video as well, (It's part of a little series) that you can see on my FB Page, that I made whilst I was part of this amazing experience. I'm just in the process of promoting the Page, so maybe you will be one of the first ones to like it?
